The HostMentor WhatsApp Business API lets your software talk to your customers on WhatsApp, through the WhatsApp Business number connected to your HostMentor team. You can:
- send text, images, documents, buttons, lists, product catalogs, payment requests and approved templates,
- receive your customers' replies, and delivery and read receipts, on your own webhook,
- manage message templates, media files, your product catalog and QR codes.
The API follows Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Request and response bodies use Meta's format, so Meta's guides and examples apply here too. Only the address, https://wa.hostmentor.com/v3, and the way you authenticate are different.
