Flows

Set up the encryption keys that WhatsApp Flows use to exchange data securely with your server.

WhatsApp Flows are forms and multi-screen experiences inside the chat, such as sign-ups, bookings and surveys. You design Flows in WhatsApp Manager.

A Flow that talks to your server (an endpoint Flow) exchanges encrypted data with it. That needs a key pair for your number:

  1. Set up the encryption key once per number.
  2. Retrieve the private key and store it securely on your server. It decrypts the requests WhatsApp sends to your Flow endpoint.

Treat the private key like a password. Anyone who has it can read the data your customers enter in your Flows.
