Webhook events
Every WhatsApp webhook event with its payload: incoming messages, message statuses, template updates, number quality and account alerts.
These are the events HostMentor sends to your webhook. Every request is a POST with a JSON body in the same envelope:

}field says which event it is, and value holds the details. Each page below shows the fields and example payloads.
Incoming message
A customer messaged you, tapped a button or sent an order.
Message status
Your message was sent, delivered, read or failed.
Template status
A template was approved, rejected, paused or disabled.
Template category changed
WhatsApp moved a template to another category.
Template quality changed
A template's quality rating went up or down.
Display name reviewed
Your number's display name was approved or rejected.
Number quality and limit changed
Your number's quality rating or messaging limit changed.
Account updated
Verification, violations, restrictions and bans.
Account alert
News about your account's limits.
Account reviewed
WhatsApp finished reviewing your account.
Business limits changed
Your business's messaging or number limits changed.
